Annulleringsgebyr

Vi opkræver ingen betaling for reservationer, der annulleres 7 dage eller mere før afhentningstidspunktet. Annullerer du din reservation herefter, pålægges du følgende gebyr:

• Annullerer du en reservation inden for 7 dage før afhentningstidspunktet, afkræves du enten reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 200 DKK, hvad end der er mindst.
• Annullerer du en reservation inden for 24 timer før afhentningstidspunktet, afkræves du enten reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 500 DKK, hvad end der er mindst.

Ovenstående satser gælder for alle lande undtagen Storbritannien, hvor det gælder følgende:

• Hvis du annullerer din reservation mindre end 7 dage før afhentning, vil du blive opkrævet enten de fulde omkostninger til din reservation eller op til et maksimum på 430 DKK, idet det mindre beløb.
• Hvis du annullerer din reservation mindre end 24 timer før afhentning, vil du blive opkrævet det fulde beløb for din reservation.

I tilfælde af en annullering genindsættes beløbet på dit kreditkort, minus ovenstående gebyr.

Manglende fremmøde

Henter du ikke bilen på det aftalte tidspunkt, forbeholder vi os retten til at opkræve en betaling svarende til reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 500 DKK, hvad end der er mindst. Møder du ikke op, genindsættes beløbet på dit kreditkort, minus ovenstående gebyr.

Ovenstående satser gælder for alle lande undtagen Storbritannien, hvor det gælder følgende:

Hvis du undlader at hente din bil på den fastsatte dato af ordren, forbeholder vi os ret til at opkræve et no-show gebyr for omkostningerne ved reservationen.

Ubrugte dage

Bemærk venligst, at ubrugte dage af lejeperioden ikke refunderes ved forudbetalte reservationer.

Dominican Republic - Alamo

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers can be added at a cost of $7.00 USD per day.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years for car groups ECMR, ECAR, CCAR, ICAR. Minimum rental age is 25 years for all other cars. Drivers aged between 21-24 will be charged a fee of $9.00 USD per day.

Cross Border Policy

Unrestricted driving within the country of Dominican Republic only.

Delivery / Collection

There are no returns after normal operating hours. Pick-up/drop-off to hotels in Dominican Republic is restricted. Therefore, clients requesting the service must contact Alamo/National to arrange upon arrival in Dominican Republic. Alamo/National will transport client from hotel to rental facility for processing of rental transaction. Please note this service is available as follows: Free up to 3 miles from rental location. 3-15 miles from rental location a $20 USD fee is applicable. Service not available beyond 15 mile distance from rental location.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1000.00 USD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies.

License Requirements

Customers must have valid driver's license from country of origin.

One Way Rentals

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.  One way charges apply, payable at time of rental.  Refer to One Way drop charges.

Out of Hours Policy

Out of hours pickups and returns are not available.

Payment Policy

AlPassport, Return Airline Ticket and Major credit card. Credit cards accepted: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Tour/Travel and Corporate vouchers accepted. No cash rentals permitted.A $1000 authorization will be placed on credit card upon rental of vehicle. This authorization amount may be used toward damage or late charges in the event  vehicle is returned with damage and insurance was not purchased and/or late charges are assessed.

Refuelling Policy

Pick up and return full or surcharge of $9.21/gallon USD (350/gallon DOP) will apply. Prepaid gas option is available at the rental counter.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside Assistance is available 24 hour, except in Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. Contact nearest Alamo/National location within Dominican Republic or Corporate Headquarters @ (809)562-1444 during normal operating hours or the following numbers:- Santo Domingo (809)549-8303- Santiago (809)233-8163- Puerto Plata (809)586-1366- Punta Cana (809)959-0434In the case of an accident, customer must complete a police report at nearest precint at the time of incident.

Special Equipment

- Child seat is available at a cost of $9.00 USD per day (3-4 years 18.50lbs-50lbs).- GPS is available at a cost of $10.00 per day with $250 replacement fee. Daily insurance available at $5.00/day to cover any damages and a $75 deductible applies. All rates quoted in USD

10% Airport Concession Fee applicable to all airports (Contracted rates may include the Airport Concession Fee. Refer to the rate sheet.)
