Annulleringsgebyr

Vi opkræver ingen betaling for reservationer, der annulleres 7 dage eller mere før afhentningstidspunktet. Annullerer du din reservation herefter, pålægges du følgende gebyr:

• Annullerer du en reservation inden for 7 dage før afhentningstidspunktet, afkræves du enten reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 200 DKK, hvad end der er mindst.
• Annullerer du en reservation inden for 24 timer før afhentningstidspunktet, afkræves du enten reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 500 DKK, hvad end der er mindst.

Ovenstående satser gælder for alle lande undtagen Storbritannien, hvor det gælder følgende:

• Hvis du annullerer din reservation mindre end 7 dage før afhentning, vil du blive opkrævet enten de fulde omkostninger til din reservation eller op til et maksimum på 430 DKK, idet det mindre beløb.
• Hvis du annullerer din reservation mindre end 24 timer før afhentning, vil du blive opkrævet det fulde beløb for din reservation.

I tilfælde af en annullering genindsættes beløbet på dit kreditkort, minus ovenstående gebyr.

Manglende fremmøde

Henter du ikke bilen på det aftalte tidspunkt, forbeholder vi os retten til at opkræve en betaling svarende til reservationens fulde pris eller maks. 500 DKK, hvad end der er mindst. Møder du ikke op, genindsættes beløbet på dit kreditkort, minus ovenstående gebyr.

Hvis du undlader at hente din bil på den fastsatte dato af ordren, forbeholder vi os ret til at opkræve et no-show gebyr for omkostningerne ved reservationen.

Bemærk venligst, at ubrugte dage af lejeperioden ikke refunderes ved forudbetalte reservationer.

Panama - A

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers fee is $3.00 USD per day.

Age Requirements

Minimum age is 21 years and there is no maximum age. There is a young driver surcharge of $20.00 USD per day per driver ages 21 or 22.

Cross Border Policy

Driving restricted within the country of Panama only

Delivery / Collection

Delivery & Collection not available. Pick-up and Drop-off avaialebl at no cost up to 3 miles from rental location. For pick-up and drop-off between 3-15 miles from rental location a $20 USD fee is applicable. Anything beyond 15 miles and less than 25 miles is available at a cost of $30 USD.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 2000.00 USD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

Full and Valid Driver's License from country of origin.

One Way Rentals

One way available as follows:$12 from PTYC71 ot PTYC73 to PTYT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYC71 to DAVT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYT71 to DAVT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYC73 to DAVT71 or viceversa.

Payment Policy

Passport and Major credit card in renters name. Major credit cards accepted: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa. Travel/Tour & Corporate vouchers accepted. No cash rentals.An authorization of approximately 30% of rental charges in addition to the rental charges will be authorized on credit card upon rental of vehicle.  This authorization amount may be used toward damage or late charges in the event  vehicle is returned with damage and insurance was not purchased and/or late charges are assessed.

Refuelling Policy

Pick up and return full or refuelling service charge of 50% will apply. Pre-pay gas option available at time of rental for the market price of gas.

Roadside Assistance

For roadside assistance contact nearest National location within Panama.  After hours the client can call 507-238-4142  (Panama City Airport office). In the case of an accident, customer must complete a police report at time of incident.

Special Equipment

Infant Seats - $3.00 USD per day. GPS are available at a cost of $7.95 per day and $41.65 per week with a $120.00 maximum charge per rental contract.  There is a replacement fee of $350 USD if the GPS is not returned.
